Increase is due to cost of shirt, insurance, and food. Still most affordable mtn bike race in the Black hills or anywhere..

 

We will be using Webscorer App for timing and Reg for registration and please sign up as member to Webscorer for the 22 mile GPX follow during race day

Information

All the Bearlodge Mtn Classic participants will need to arrive at Reuter Campground in the Bearlodge National Forest. Take Exit 185 and head west up Hwy 14 go to the Cell Tower on your left is your landmark, take right and follow the paved road into National Forest.  We will be just past the cattleguard, about 200 yards to the left. Camping is first come first serve. We will have reserved site 20 prior to event. 

Note: NO course has over 2 miles of fire road.

We will be utilizing electronic timing and will be able to organize finishes by overall, category, and gender, the results will be posted online.   

Epic Challenge Course B

This is ~ 22+ mile test for the men and women of your skills, and also of your metal… With the Challenge course thrown in with additional technical singletrack in South Fork, with a lot of climbing; this is a classic course. 3533 ft Elevation gain

14 and under must pay to ride this course

Epic Challenge course rules: There will be 5 hr time limit for the Epic Course to aid station 2, There is a lot of climbing but time can be made on the descents. Race Marshals / Volunteers will have the only and final say. Catch a ride back down and come for food and support of your riding buddies because they will need all your clapping.

We also want everyone to enjoy the food and prizes at a reasonable time, including the volunteers because they will be the last ones down. 
 


This is the best course in the Black Hills and Wyoming.



 Challenge course, is an approximately 14-mile course, it has a lot to offer any rider. It has plenty of singletrack, rock gardens, and tons of great views, some people ride the course just for the sheer fun, of going up getting refreshments and heading back down. It is a fun ride and will let you know where you sit in any shape or form. It will help you become a better rider.  Not so much an endurance test but a good ride… . 14 and under must pay to ride this course

Challenge GPX


Cubs Challenge Course is an 8.9-mile ride, up to the Sandpit rd, and down the Edge to the turnaround and then back up Sandpit to down Reuter to the finish. It is for Cubs, though, any parents and any adults may ride the course. 14 and under ride free- No shirts for kids unless purchasing separately-on registration page (13 bucks)  Cubs are but for age group prizes and name drawing raffle.

 

Placing is 1-3 for Bear prizes and such other awesome goodies. MEN/BOY AND WOMEN/GIRL IN EACH CLASS  

7 am Registration packet pickup begins

Safety meeting is 30 minute prior to race-- be early to race early!!!!

9 am Race/Challenge starts ​
